3. Collect Data a. Open client software and download form templates. b. Start a new form instance and enter data. c. Save form instance and upload results |
4. Generate Report a. Login into Aridhio Innovative Forms as administrator. b. Choose inspection data. c. Choose report format (pdf, rtf, MS Excel, plain text). Alternatively, choose CSV for import of data into another program. |

1. First you will want to check your browser to ensure that the required technologies are enabled.
2. Start with a form template
a. Look at already designed forms available for you to use.
b. Kick the tires. Try the FormsDesigner canvas.
b. Register and get started Designing your first form .
Internet Explorer and Firefox are supported. Javascript, cookies, and popups must be enabled to use Forms Designer.
3. Setup your organization and download client software (could be an organization of one)
a. Create an organization account.
From here you can setup an organization. By default the account creator will be the first administrator. The administrator has privileges to add form templates, information providers (inspectors) and generate reports. You can pick Form Templates from the publicly available sample list, custom forms that you have designed yourself, or Form Templates that others have invited you to use.
b. Login to the Report Generation Pages
c. Download the client software to your Windows XP or Vista PC/Tablet PC.
You will see warnings about "Unkown Publisher". It is completely safe to download the client software. The client software works with the Form Templates that are designed online.
Installing the client software is two simple clicks. One to download and one to install.
